Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect minimal information to operate the site:

• Server logs: IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited are logged automatically by our web server for security and debugging. Logs are retained for 30 days.
• Contact form submissions: If you contact us, we store your name, email, and message to respond to you.
• Usage analytics: We may use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Google Analytics with IP anonymization) to understand which tools are used most. No personal data is linked to analytics.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We do not store files you upload (photos, PDFs). All image and PDF processing happens in your browser.
• We do not store calculation inputs or results.
• We do not require account creation or collect your email to use any tool.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. AI Listing Description tool

The AI Listing Description tool sends your property details (type, bedrooms, features, etc.) to the Anthropic Claude API to generate listing copy. This data is sent over HTTPS. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of API data. We do not store the inputs or generated text on our servers.

4. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for security (CSRF protection). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you use Google Analytics, that service may set its own cookies — see Google's privacy policy for details.

5. Third-party services

• Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may log requests.
• Anthropic API: Used only for the AI listing description tool.
• Google Analytics (if enabled): Anonymized traffic analytics.

6. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS. We implement security headers, rate limiting, and input validation. However, no system is 100% secure — do not submit sensitive personal information through our contact form.

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights (PIPEDA / GDPR)

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
